• Assisting with Shape’s online engagement. • Planning and producing interesting content such as blogs, news and resources to reflect Shape’s artists and overall missions. • Monitoring and updating Shape’s website with blogs, news and art opportunities to keep Shape’s audience up to date. • Producing regular e-newsletters for Shape’s participants and supporters - read by thousands of Shape’s audiences each month. • Monitoring press coverage to see where our traffic is coming from • Analysing and reporting analytics based on digital platforms (digital dashboard) to monitor how well Shape perform on a monthly basis. • Ensuring Shape has suitable equipment on exhibitions and public events • Collecting research by distributing and collecting surveys.
• Creating new social media accounts for The Swarm and managing their Facebook, Twitter & Instagram to generate interest in their immersive sell-out shows. This amounted to 349 new social audiences. • Advising on creative content for example, promotional videos & online competitions across social media. • Publicising The Swarm’s event by using existing prints. • Creating content – Some of photography & video content was created myself & work colleague at The Swarm’s rehearsals. • Reaching relevant influencers in the support of the marketing campaign.
An accredited, experience-based employment training programme aimed at gaining employment and skills in the events and creative sector. This is delivered by A New Direction and includes: • Responding to a live brief to design and deliver and event at the brand new Styx Space in Tottenham • Working on digital collateral and creative writing, using WordPress. • Comms planning & group liaising • Arts Award Silver Project Management in Arts qualification • Publicising the event • Managing social media channels • Content planning
