- Lock It Down : The social app that lets you bagsie sneakers.We were briefed to come up with a simple and inexpensive social idea that would generate anticipation and excitement around Foot Locker’s new sneaker releases throughout the year. At the same time it needed to appeal to their teenage customer base and drive footfall into stores. With our insight being that teenagers love to get the latest sneakers before their mates do. - Spa Francorchamps's HighlightFIA World Endurance Championship 2017 | The 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (formerly the 1000 Kilometres of Spa-Francorchamps) is an endurance race for sports cars held at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. "The race in Belgium was action aplenty! Toyota sealed back-to-back victory after Silverstone, and the Ferraris battled in their own love/hate relationship on track, weaving and winding their way around the beautiful Ardennes circuit. - Banco do BrasilBanco do Brasil is the largest bank of Latin America, with +200 Billion Dollars in assets. The bank has focused their efforts on developing transactional internet banking and mobile apps, but they hadn’t updated their public-facing site for seven years. A huge part of their 6 million monthly unique visitors were unable to find information regarding their products and services. This was causing huge customer service overflow. The agency UX and Strategy teams were asked to solve this problem. The bank created a multidisciplinary team, with people from Marketing, Customer Experience and Technology. Through discovery sessions and workshops we discussed the strategy and project scope. I acted as liaison for this team in order to establish a clear and viable UX strategy. One of our goals was to make the new website accessible and available for all devices. The big challenge and opportunity was to understand and rewrite all content (+ 30.000 pages). Full version
