After a hyper-successful period as a key account manager in which I was able to double my output in terms of accounts retained and profit generated. This success contributed heavily to the company producing quarter-to-quarter gains for four quarters in a row.
With this success, I was promoted to senior and asked to build a team around the success of the position I had built for myself. Combining smart hiring as well as 3rd party tech acquisitions I was able to continue building on the previous success and translate that to a team of now, 5. This continued success inevitable led to Tab's acquisition by the PIA group, one of Europes largest digital marketing agency groups.

After a successful probation period as an account manager, where I managed to grow accounts to record highs for the company. This led to the agency creating a completely new "key account manager" position, which I continued to build out.
I was able to both build on and created some of the agencies most valuable clients. Both wider strategic and deeper client relationship responsibilities followed.
