  • Began work in the Content Studio as a Production Assistant upon University Graduation. Here, the following experience and skills were acquired: • providing support to the department across a level of positions, from Production Managers to Executive Director of Studios • assisting with the production of schedules, budgets, Statement of Works and other essential production documents • managing the department’s resourcing and workload allocations • sourcing talent and arranging sound sessions for voiceovers • managing the department’s relationship with the rest of the agency • monitoring the financial status of Content Studio projects, including spending tracking and final project wraps • tracking talent, music and font usage expiry across all projects • coordinating art buying (including stock images and footage) and maintaining relationships with image houses • running the Virtual Reality studio, including demonstrations and sample experiences for employees and guests • organizing the rental and/or purchasing of studio equipment • often given the opportunity to manage smaller projects (example below) One project in particular was the production of 21 x 90” mobile audio episodes, as part of a campaign for Signal Toothpaste. This provided first-hand experience across different aspects of content production, including: • managing script feedback, editing and approvals • coordinating voiceover recordings • arranging sound design sessions • managing client feedback and approvals • providing the successful delivery of final assets to localization house
