My work, and that I coax from my teams, is truly multi-channel with an obvious bias toward amplification through digital and technology. I am now looking for a new opportunity with an advertising or digital agency.
I creatively led the agency from a 3-year loss to sustained profit, beating targets for the first time in years, and re-engineered the creative offering to win more awards in 2014 than in the previous 4 years combined, as well as an Agency of the Year nomination.
Under my creative leadership, Wunderman Sydney became the fastest growing and most financially successful business within Y&R Group Australia, was ranked 8th for growth in the global network and No.1 for creativity with more awards than any other market.
I helped the award-winning ATL agency be recognised as an integrated agency by connecting mainstream advertising with response and digital marketing across major brands.
Up-an-coming independent agency BMF hired me to expand their highly creative ATL advertising into a fully integrated offering. As a result, BMF grew to become one of Australia's most successful agencies with multiple Agency of the Year titles.
After ranking in the Top 10 students in AWARD School, Saatchi & Saatchi promoted me from a studio role to the creative department. Within months, I collected my first handful of trophies.
Creative Magazine listed me in their Power 20 of 2012 as recognition of my creative leadership and the impact I had on the agency and the industry.
For my service to the industry, having served as volunteer chairman of an agency representative body and been head lecturer of a creative course for several years and having trained over 300 young creatives, the Australian DMA awarded me the inaugural Outstanding Contribution award.
For my multi-channel work pushing ATL campaigns into digital media, I was awarded the title of Digital Creative of the Year in the APAC region at the Digital Media Awards in Beijing
