    Within my role as Designer at Velocity I have lead on developing visual identities, website updates and brand collateral for clients such as Intent HQ, Synamedia, Soldo and OpenMarket. As part of the wider design team, I have also produced illustrations, eBooks, presentation decks, experiential websites and digital ads for clients such as Slack, Sprint Business, Teamwork, Cloudreach, Mambu and Hubspot. Presenting work directly to clients, fellow designers and account managers has been an integral part of my working day, as is communicating with a writers, account managers, team leads and developers. At Velocity I’ve been given the opportunity to present design work in a company wide sharing lunch and host a design meet-up with software startup Pitch.io, helping to enrich the creative community and culture at Velocity.

    As Senior Designer I managed the quality, workload and development of Junior Designers. Maintaining strong working relationships and integrating processes focusing around personal and professional growth. In 2017, I lead on the redesign and deployment of Trouva’s visual identity update. I worked closely with the founders and creative director to develop an identity that communicated Trouva’s brand narrative and could be used across a vast number of touch-points on and off-screen. I unveiled the new identity in a presentation to 50+ employees, a long form blog post explaining the rationale behind all design decisions, followed by a dedicated email to Trouva’s 250,000 database of customers.
