- Expect the Unexpected 2015What happens when you take a London garden, throw in a swamp shack, an old rusty car with a petrol pump that serves craft ale, some weirdly wonderful but very welcoming locals and a bait shop? Oh, and then add a voodoo chapel? You find yourself at Edelman UK’s biggest networking event of the year, ‘Expect the Unexpected’, a showcase of creative thinking and experiential event management, and an unmissable event in the London events calendar. This year, on Wednesday 1st July, Bedford Square Gardens became a Louisiana Bayou for a magical evening of immersive entertainment, beautiful cocktails and delicious southern American food. With temperatures reaching over 35 degrees, the setting was perfect for over 500 guests to enter the swamp. From the live music and swamp sounds, to the fabulous setting and quirky characters, this small and unique London space was transformed into a different world for an evening. Thanks to our production company Bearded Kitten and entertainers Alex Haynes, the Zydeco Diamonds, Joe Strouzer and Dom Pipkin. Food and drink was provided by Sweet and Chilli, Blistering, Anna Mae’s and Crabbie Shack.

My Role: I worked as a social content creative, capturing photography and designing social media images to create social
