About me
I'm a documentary photographer mostly concerned with human emotion, and trying to translate it into the visual. My favourite kind of work is being able to share and listen to stories and experiences with my subjects in a non-judgemental space. I aim to make people comfortable, and feel that this is crucial in producing honest images.
I want to focus more on environmentally-conscious projects in future, and the human experience of the changing world.

- Bowl FullHeads turn when a girl enters a skatepark, and pre-judgements are made about her ability before she even steps onto the board. These can be really intimidating environments that mean girls avoid skateparks as a whole, and lessen their chances of progress. Despite being a male-dominated sport, skateboarding is becoming increasingly popular amongst women as opportunities are arising that allow them to practice without the stare of more experienced (male) skateboarders. - Solitude Before CoronaThe Coronavirus pandemic has raised awareness about the vulnerability of certain people in society - those experiencing isolation and lockdown alone. Many of these people were most likely already alone before the virus, and unfortunately know solitude all too well. Without excluding the positive aspects of solitude, this project questions and contemplates what we do, or don't do, to people we see alone.
