- Who Won the News eventOur idea of an end of the year event to look back at the news of 2017 and to discuss what might be part of the news in 2018 came after a brainstorm in the early part of the year. We wanted to use our media unit, which consists of ex journalists and editors, and our network to put on an event which would interest and inform. We conducted a survey with researchers about the UK news consumption in 2017 and how people consumed their news. From idea to conception, we created every aspect from scratch

I am part of the new business and marketing team as well as the in-house PR team. I look after all new business aspects across all our disciplines including receiving and finding new tenders and the management of new business within Engine. I work closely with the marketing manager to help deliver all external marketing of MHP, to create and execute all events, the management of the website and the content we share and also all internal communications. I also manage the companies' social media accounts; creating the brands image after the re brand, pushing out great content and making MHP famous.

• Overseeing all catering requests and hospitality for all meetings
• PA and office management duties
• Extensive knowledge of Outlook and all Microsoft systems
• Management of 7 meeting rooms and corresponding diaries
• Main point of call for all events in the office both internally and client based
• Assisting the marketing team with the creation, planning and execution of social and key events in the MHP calendar year; MHP’s Young Journalist Awards and the MHP Summer Party.
