I am a consumer electronics and FMCG focussed Shopper Marketing and Brand Experience consultant with a passion for innovation and a tremendous blend of strategy and execution and boundless energy too. I have 11 years of professional experience in design strategy, customer insight, shopper marketing, project management, event marketing, vendor/client management and team management. I served multinational clients in electronics, telecommunication, FMCG, cosmetics, hospitality and healthcare sector in various markets that includes Turkey, Israel, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan and Iran. Some brand examples of my client portfolio are Samsung Electronics, Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, P&G, Communisis, Mondelez, L’oreal, Vodafone, Turkcell, Note Cosmetics, Kraft Foods and Nippon Hotels. I have fantastic omni-channel marketing project management and brand activation experience; as well as POSM and store design, and production knowledge. I have a design award, I was chosen as the best retail idea person of the year by company HQ, and my clients won very big amounts of money awards for their departments by their HQ authorities. I have excellent communication and organisation skills, have ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and I am very creative. With confidence, experience, a degree in Industrial Product Design and MA in Cultural Studies, I am very keen and excited by smart and innovative companies that can be moulded to deliver strong Brand Experience results.

⧫ Company P&L, developing commissioning plans, roles & responsibilities

⧫ Decreasing operational costs and increasing motivation
⧫ Preparing client’s yearly expansion plans and global retail store guideline, as well as special projects and concepts creation.
Achievements;
⧫ In accordance with new P&L strategy of company, I built up a new organisation which is few in number, but more compact, qualitative, concentrated, flexible, multiplayer, and happier
⧫ I increased yearly profit 36%, in the shrinking TR market.
⧫ I increased client satisfaction results to 97%.
⧫ I added Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint and Turk Telekom clients to One RX portfolio.
⧫ I won retail design strategy bidding of Turk Telekom among 15 companies by offering a smart categorisation of retail channels.
⧫ I lead One RX to give service to EU market, and the result was very appreciated by RHQ CFO.
