  • - Navigating our in-house content management system to upload content onto our paywalled content library (reports, case studies, signals, sector behaviours, and blogs) in a timely manner, with attention to detail and in-house formatting guidelines - Sub-editing at least six signals per day- ensuring content is factually and grammatically correct - Using my own interests and awareness of different industries and markets to identify emerging human behaviours and their commercial impact on brands – and then pitch these innovative ideas to our editor as commercially viable content that fits into our key sectors ( eg communications, eating & drinking, health & beauty, leisure, media & entertainment, and technology) - Writing content for case studies, blogs, and consumer sector snapshots, where I conduct interviews from field-specific experts to add weight to arguments - Assisting with the content pipeline and idea generation for the public facing blog, which is updated consistantly at least three times per week - Writing clear and concise SEO landing pages to ensure maximum search visibility online and to easily communicate our company mission - Maintaining a social media presence on Twitter and LinkedIn, ensuring that the tone of voice is nuanced and appropriate, depending on the platform that’s being used and the motivation behind different posts - Updating our in-house ‘Macro Behaviours’ with relevant statistics and perceptive insights that show how certain ideas are developing over time - Ensuring the CRM system is always up to date with external contact details and all other relevant information - Liaising with freelancers to ensure invoices are up to date, setting up and managing members’ access to our online library - Using MailChimp to assist the construction regular newsletters and mailers to both existing and prospective clients. Keeping in mind the outcome we want to have from these different newsletters, content is chosen and put together accordingly
