    MARKETING PROJECTS & TRANSFERABLE SKILLS Company Marketing Plan • Project Management & Communication: Managed a high performing team with online collaboration tools and created marketing plan objectives. I was in charge of some of the marketing aspects of the business plan, including industry analysis, positioning, and promotions. • Creative: Designed a campaign promotion for an international tire company that leveraged a combination of social, email, and offline marketing techniques and developed an innovative merchandising strategy to differentiate our brand from others. • Organisational Skills: Systematised several resources for a competitive landscape and industry review and presented them using SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Model for competition. Macro Environment Industry Analysis • Researcher & Detail Oriented: Conducted extensive research into the sports betting industry using online and academic resources while citing and referencing through a reference manager. Carried out a final review and designed an accessible presentation for the report. • Adaptability & Flexibility: Produced a final report using the PESTEL analysis model- a new concept that we students had to learn through lectures and multiple self-research sessions. • Team Player: Worked with a group of 6 people to produce the report on the industry analysis as well as recommendations for a said betting company based on the analysis.
