About me
I’m a dedicated and creative journalist, manager and editor with 7 years’ experience in magazine publishing. As editor of Foodism, London’s largest food and drink magazine, I was responsible for all aspects of production and content direction across print, digital and social media. I managed the editorial team and was a figurehead for the brand throughout a period of sustained growth. I have an extensive list of contacts within the food and drink and publishing industries in London and the UK, and I have solid professional and personal relationships with PR directors, brand ambassadors, editors, writers and consultants, as well as some of the most respected chefs and bartenders in hospitality. I have the drive and vision to constantly test myself, innovate within my role, and be integral to editorial voice, commercial direction and brand planning. I’m personable, outgoing and confident and I love the social side of my work inside and outside the office.

    Foodism Front CoversFood photography is one of our passions at DH&Co. We were delighted when Foodism – the largest Food publication in the UK, with almost half a million readers – came to us to shoot all their covers. Shot by myself, and art directed by Matt Hasteley of Square Up Media, the covers are almost entirely captured in camera, with as few CG'ed elements as possible.

    Foodism MagazineFoodism is a monthly magazine, owned by Square Up Media, based on the best food and drink to be found in London. It is distributed at a range of tube stations and restaurants in the South West London area. As part of the design team I worked alongside the editorial team to create articles that engaged readers. Foodism is an extremely visual magazine with a great emphasis on food photography which was largely shot in house at our studio. This gave me a great insight into the studio photography
