I work for Thrive, the gardening for health charity. Thrive passionately believes that if more people can be helped to use gardening creatively for health and wellbeing, not only would their own health benefit, but pressure on health and social care systems could be reduced.
I am a Content Designer, working on Thrive's Information Service. In 2022, 'Get Gardening' was launched, a free digital service providing accessible, relevant and impactful information to people with a wide range of mental or physical health needs. Building on this success, we are looking to expand the reach and support even more individuals.

As Content Designer, I look after Thrive's free 'information service' offering. This is designed to help people make the most of gardening and nature to support their health and wellbeing. The information is accessible, relevant and can be personalised to suit an individuals health needs, gardening experience and space.
