My main role at Custom Plugs is to deal with day to day emails – Whilst doing this I have earned many Trust pilot reviews for the support/ service given when customers had any queries, needed help with orders etc.
• Day to day printing, packing and shipping of orders – A big part of an online shop is being able to organise the daily jobs for the team and ensure that the team find this achievable.
• Social Media – I have had the pleasure gaining experience in working with models and this involves organising product photos for our social media branding, communicating product releases and giving briefs.
• Another part of social media is organising/ scheduling the content that we had to post – This work also involves research into how we can make our engagement better and posts more manageable for the team.
• Social Media Analytics
• During busy periods, I am able to manage the team to a high standard to ensure all goals are met and no one is overwhelmed in their roles.
• Product design team – designing packing for the company, creating several design briefs and also designing unique jewellery ideas.
• Using personal designs for packaging
• Logistics of product organisation – This is done on Shopify and includes stock takes, incoming stock counts, updating the website to ensure quantities are correct and accurate.
• Experienced with Excel, Google Docs and Word

• Presenting the customers with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and providing knowledgeable advice when asked a question or presenting new stock.
• Floor manager experience, which was offered after a short period of time working with the company. This included looking after both shop floors, staff and stock.
• Being able to present the shop floor to a high standard by coming up with creative ways to present upcoming trends was one of my top key skill sets, as I was able to catch the customers eye and up-sell the products I had chosen to show.
• Style mannequins and the shop floor with new releases and creative outfits
