Hello! I'm Molly, a 2D animator based in the South-West. I'm very versatile in my work, creating both charming and unique character animation as well as energetic, visually exciting morphing and transitional effects perfect for capturing interest.
I work mainly in Adobe Animate, Photoshop and After Effects, but I'm a fast learner and love getting to grips with different software and techniques. I work almost entirely digitally, and I'm currently pushing my skills by experimenting with interactive animation and storytelling.

- Synergy - Advertisement GIFs for a new deskWorking closely with a 3D Design student from the university, I was commissioned to create a series of animated GIFs showcasing the properties of their desk design. The desk combines the natural world with your office environment, bringing a sense of peace to your everyday work. Desk designed by Inês Munday, animation by myself. Created using Adobe Animate primarily.
- Class ActAn in-progress interactive storytelling experience centred around a group of primary school kids having their class photo taken. Click on each of the kids to see a story from their childhood - be it good, bad or ugly. This is an ongoing project, narrated by and starring friends, family and their childhood memories. (Interactivity in progress - the video below demonstrates how it will work once coded)
- Ghillie's Mum“Ghillie only visited her once during those years at the Registry. The warden took him. The Facility wasn’t as nice as the Registry. Everything was painted pale lemon, intended to be clean and bright, but looking anaemic and sick.” Based on a section from Lynda Clark’s short story of the same name, in which a young boy goes to visit his mother and things take an unexpected twist - My intention was to use interesting panelling and messy lines to create a feeling of unease and de-realisation.
