• Conducting research (usability testing, interviews, guerrilla testing, contextual)
• Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data (online surveys, navigation path analysis, card sorts, Google Analytics)
• Sketching, wireframing and interactive prototyping using Sketch and Axure
• Supporting agile development teams and user story creation
• Creating research deliverables (user journeys and flows and stories, personas, site maps, etc.)
• Communicating findings to varied audiences through reports, presentations and workshops

Completed a range of three-week design sprints covering the full UX process. Involved conducting interviews and usability testing; creating visual assets such as user personas, flows and wireframes; and presenting prototypes and design thinking back to the client. I also advised on UI and branding for requesting clients and acted as project manager for the team.
