Come up with campaigns that deliver our objectives and enhance the W&W brand alongside managing budgets. Leading the team to develop aesthetic approach seasonally across typography and photography,developing multi channel style guides. Provide inspiration and direction for the teams in regular creative sessions and away days. Can present pitches and articulate the creative process to wider team beyond creative depts. Strong experience in creative and art direction,commissioning,photography,fashion and casting. Able to work with all aspects of typography and illustration.
