About me
I am freelance writer, editor, producer and marketer based in Manchester. I have worked on a variety of projects over a six year freelance period, from PR and marketing to editorial to theatre and film commissions. I am a playwright and screenwriter and last year won the Channel 4 Writing for Television Award 2022, where I developed a TV pilot with Rollem Productions. I was one of six writers selected for the LOOP Audio Fund with Screen Yorkshire and Free Turn to create a new audio drama pilot and was part of the 2023 BFI Script Lab. I am also the Editor-in-Chief of Flourish Magazine, a magazine by and for the cancer community, as well as working with several clients in marketing & PR and running regular writing workshops. I love being a multi-hyphenate and believe that my diverse skill set enhances all of the work I do. I'm driven by a challenge and am open to taking on work in new territories, so if you are looking for help with writing, creating content or communications, get in touch!
