In 2016-19 I co-founded By Day, a flexible working headhunting agency for project-based work. As the CMO role, I was responsible for the marketing and strategy needed to launch and run the company, the first task was to brand and name the new service from scratch. I led the creation of the brand system, website, design, supporting materials and the marketing strategy to launch and sustain By Day in its first year and beyond. Working on the consultant acquisition strategy required producing and managing plans spanning social, digital, partnerships as well as developing the new business approach.
2012 - 2016: PlayStation Senior PM I led the global and european releases of major software franchises and new products, creating launch plans and publishing the games in 109 territories within EMEA. PlayStations biggest global software launch - my first task at Sony. Launching Wonderbook, Book of Spells by J.K. Rowling across 104 EMEA territories and America/Asia.
