Without changing the physical location, through the exchange of environmental soundscapes, the cities far away are brought into the space of the installation. Because it is unfamiliar, it is a process of trust. In turn, they form personal perceptions of the area they are in, and their feelings for the space change from foreignness to familiarity, belongingness and dependence. Nonetheless, behind the sublimation of such connectedness between people and places is the experiences that we gain from these spaces, sites, or cities. - Sheraton PheonixIn 2018 Sheraton Hotels revealed a bold plan to completely reinvent the Sheraton brand. The new aesthetic and reinvigorated ethos is highlighted by Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. The animation and videography for Pheonix Downtown looked to feature the hotels new sleek, modern and design-forward renovation, a tangible reflection of Sheraton's new direction. This video was completed as part of the team at Cumminsandpartners.
