About me
My name is Nhi Pham. I’m a London-based designer from Viet Nam. I design digital experiences to spark new discoveries and interests. Currently, I’m a Product Designer at Lightricks. Before that, I was building microsites at TikTok while also leading Editorial Design in the UK/Ireland.

  • The BRIT Awards 2022 x TikTok
    The BRIT Awards 2022 x TikTok​TikTok became the official voting partner of The BRIT Awards 2022 for 4 categories: Dance, Hip-Hop/Rap/Grime, Pop/R&B, Rock/Alternative. I designed and built an interactive microsite (aka 'H5'), accessible in and out-of-app; where users can cast 10 votes per category per day for 2 weeks. Following this, TikTok promoted 2 livestreams: CKay's LIVE performance on a boat along the River Thames towards the O2 London - where the awards was hosted, and a red carpet LIVE.   • Ed Sheeran on TikTok - EURO 2020 and the '=' Album
    Ed Sheeran on TikTok - EURO 2020 and the '=' AlbumIn late June 2021, TikTok teamed up with Ed Sheeran for a TikTok LIVE concert, a celebratory moment in the middle of EURO 2020 that brought the continent together through music. The show was a premiere of Ed's new track and was watched in 120+ global markets. I designed, built and led the localisation of a global microsite, promoting this halftime concert, LIVE from Portman Road, Ipswich. Following the successful EURO live concert, later in October, Ed announced his new album '=' (Equals). The

    Find The Unsigned on TikTok (Music Discovery)As part of a wider brand campaign encouraging users and non-users to discover new music on TikTok, cross-functional teams aimed to increase non-user likability and tell the story of emerging music creators who found success through TikTok - 'the Unsigned' artists. To reach potential new users, we established presence in irl locations around the UK.     TIKTOK CONTENT DISCOVERYOne of TikTok's content strategies is to get users to discover beyond their 'interest bubbles'. In late 2020, I designed, built and managed a series of content discovery 'hubs' (H5 microsites). These eventually became the first reference points for 140+ H5s my team built in 2021 in the UK/Ireland, and many more in other markets.     - Designed the initial concept of a digital product - an app for students to explore personal and professional development opportunities locally. - Pitched to a panel at Santander’s Countdown to Launch bootcamp and won a £1,000 funding to develop the idea. - Carried out user research using a variety of methods including interviews, focus groups and quantitative surveys, as well as user testing sessions. - Developed the prototype and expanded the product to cover more local experiences that were considered valuable by students.
