About me
Why therapy? Isn't that still a taboo topic? People have therapy for all manner of reasons but isn't it perfectly acceptable given we live in a, sometimes beautiful, but equally painful and traumatising society? I'm interested in the intersection of mental health, wellness and applying psychology and self-knowledge to how we work... - From starting with the very basics; feeling okay within ourselves. - To the more complex; learning to thrive in team dynamics en masse, interacting with a plethora of other people, each with their own beliefs and values system, their own experiences, their own triggers and varying levels of emotional intelligence... How can we integrate our emotional development with our cognitive ability to function and perform within our day-to-day roles & repsonsibilities? - How can we continue to unlock and harness more of ourselves? & align that with all of the moving parts within our teams, networks - and society at large? This looks completely different for everyone and I find it fascinating. I would love to connect if you feel the same way.

  • Mental Health Support for the Freelance Community
Mental Health Support for the Freelance CommunityAs more people are becoming freelance or self-employed, we put together this informative online event to provide support on some of the challenges freelancers face from a mental wellbeing perspective. Using some psychological theory and frameworks, we discuss how we can get to know ourselves and our working styles better in terms of manging stress, uncertainty and isolation. If you'd like to know more about the work we do, please get in touch!
  • Meditation Teacher
Meditation TeacherI provide sessions to individuals, groups and organisations with a focus on employee wellbeing. Many people believe that meditation isn’t something that works for them which is a shame as it is a great tool for relaxation and stress release - especially in our 'always on' world! I aim to incorporate different styles and techniques into creating an experience that works for everyone. This typically includes some elements of breathwork, visualisations, positive affirmations, and mindfulness. Al

Leapers x The Circle LineWe worked with Leapers to help de-stigmatise mental health concerns, and bring therapy to the people that need it... On this occasion we joined forces to provide freelancers a free therapy session in celebration of Time to Talk Day 2020.
