• Dynamic BloomDynamic Bloom is based upon tropical flowers and plants, but with a twist! The project focuses on shape, colour, and line quality, making florals very abstract. Market focus was aimed towards interiors, such as curtains, bedding and wallpapers. Initial inspiration came from visits to Kew Gardens and local garden centres in order to gather imagery and first hand research. The project was focused on painterly and collage based drawings, including makr making textures and layering. Dynamic Bloom holds a combination of print techniques such as screen print, digital print and procion print, with additional accents.
• Marine LifeThis project was inspired by aquariums and sea life. It focuses on looking at how plants under water move around freely, as well as the green tones of the plants with vibrant pops of colour coming through. The projects includes a range of techniques such as hand and digital print, foiling accents and procion printing onto fabric. The market focus was for interiors, including bedding, curtains and wallpapers.
