    Line OperatorFord Motor Company UK
     - Dagenham, United KingdomFull Time
The current pandemic created a need for more ventilators to be produced for the NHS, the government had enlisted a number of companies in the automotive and aero industries to run the lines to mass produce the ventilators needed. As a line operator I was working in quality control at the very end of the line, ensuring that all information on the paperwork was correct, scanning every part of it with intense detail, ensuring that the product was working how it was supposed to be and applying the serial number for each piece. It was an amazing experience to be involved in something that was doing such a great thing in a time of such uncertainty and i was honoured to be a key worker during this time.

    Junior Experience DesignerWunderman Thompson
     - London, United KingdomFull Time
During my time at Wunderman Thompson, I worked as part of the customer experience team where I worked on a number of different projects doing extensive user research, secondary research and a lot of data visualisation and analysis. The main aim of the work would be to assess the current experiences from online to in-store and others to see where there improvement was needed in order to create the best possible experience for the customer. I did a couple of design sprints which gave me a crash course in UX design, learning how to do audits, user flows and wireframes.

Product Design BSc (honsThe University of Sussex
     - Brighton, United Kingdom
During my time at The University of Sussex I was taught an extremely broad breadth of design disciplines and I believe that this has given me an excellent foundation for work moving forward. Working with live briefs from Heineken, IBM, Lush and Brighton and Hove Busses. The different types of disciplines we covered were: Graphic Design, Typography, Layout and Brand Design/Identity, Product Design, Toy and Game Design, Conceptual design using Video's (Adobe PremierePro) to show the concepts, however also a strong emphasis and a number of modules on Project Management, POS, and also basic engineering and computing. However at the back of all of this was the research and the importance of research, knowing your audience and ensuring you are always tackling the target audience, the need and their experience first and foremost.
