Recognizing the inefficiency of this task, I decided to tackle and streamline it, turning a cumbersome chore into a seamless operation.
- Mode App DashboardFollowing our app redesign, we received numerous inquiries from users reaching out to Customer Support for guidance on navigating the new dashboard. A common challenge users faced was locating the option to switch between their Bitcoin and GBP accounts, and understanding how to effectively use the payment features, including topping up funds. Addressing these user concerns became a priority to enhance overall user experience and alleviate pressure on our Customer Support team.
