With two years experience across branding, digital marketing and customer care, Im experienced in both brand and market research, campaign planning and customer care. In both the digital space and in p-person, I communicate with confidence and empathy for customers and clients alike. This has mainly been via social media and e-commerce as I've connected with customers, growing brand awareness; but also when I assisted customers in-store by curating the collection and assisting with sales. My written communication skills have been developed to a high standard and span press releases and public relations material, direct marketing copy for web and product descriptions for web. Examples of this work can be seen in the attached portfolio. I take pride in the professional, yet friendly way, in which I build my relationships such as those with journalists, social influencers or colleagues in partner agencies. I am enthusiastic yet focussed when writing and researching, paying attention to detail working alone. In a team setting, I divide being more of a listener or leader according to the team members and my role in the task, trying to balance proactivity with listening and thinking more responsively. A quick and motivated learner, I am adaptive at work and flexible, with my core driver being a deep interest in consumer behaviour and how to deliver a brand strategy around that.
