About me
My editing ability is shaped more concrete and practicable during this academic year of Filmmaking Editing. It helps me make an appropriate decision within shot by shot that supported by professional filmmaking editing knowledge. The most important ability of the editor is storytelling. It is the central aim of editing technique. The editor is the only one who has time to deal with every cutting point, therefor, the well-arranged working flow is the foundation. I very often revise and organize the sequence by myself after meeting with director. I make analyses notes about tiny details, that brings me new ideas for constructing sequences. Furthermore, I have learned that fixing problems in pre-production is also a crucial role for the editor. In particular, I have learned that the editor must have the ability to give judicious solutions to ‘bad bits’ of footage, to decide whether to turn “waste” into “wealth” or whether to abandon the footages. The most powerful driving force behind these decisions must be the editor’s complex perception of narrative. Filmmaking requires the efficient collaboration work. It cannot be done merely on one individual's capability. Multiple departments create meetings with others so we can immerse themselves in the sensibility of the film. The harmony of collaboration is the most important key to producing creativity in the context of Filmmaking.

The film is about an aggressive girl (Bobby) bully a school girl (Rose) after she is violated by her mate (Frankie). She is venting her anger for Frankie that transfer it to Rose.

    Short film- Dear AmirDear Amir is a comedy drama adapted from a short story by Resat Nuri Güntekin that possessed a strong stylistic visual form in film content. It narratives an unkempt lazy boy(Amir) could not regulate himself, so his father (Hassan) spots an opportunity to craftily trick Amir to quickly mature and improve-he writes the love letters to Amir who pretending to a pretty girl (Maisy).

    MockingbirdsShort suspense-drama film Maria is an ordinary woman, who has single-handedly raised her nine-year-old daughter, Lilly. However, when the police turn up at Maria’s front door she knows why they are there: to take Lilly away from her. Maria would like to keep Lilly but she realises it’ll be impossible. So, she wants the chance to explain to Lilly what is going to happen and why she did what she did in the past. On top of that, she has to find a way of telling her the truth without frightening her.While the police are continually knocking louder and louder, Maria tells Lilly how much she wants her to remember her and how much she loves her. Lilly is distressed by the thought of losing the only woman she has known as her mother. Maria comforts Lilly while the police eventually break in arresting Maria and take Lilly away.
