    Honed creative and strategic skills in order to pull together a loyalty and retention scheme for Gymshark. Gained intimate knowledge of the brand. Discovered how to build a report and then executive summary for a brand, from an initial infographic. Competitive and self driven traits were tested as I competed against 60 other members in my cohort. Presentation skills were almost perfected through presenting to the Gymshark Loyalty and retention directors. Self confidence was elevated when I was shortlisted to the final five, then proceeded to win the entire project. This resulted in myself then having a masterclass with Ben Francis. This success is what gave me the confidence to push through my challenging final year.
