About me

Olivia Pinnock is a London-based, NCTJ-trained journalist specialising in fashion and lifestyle. She is currently Editor of fashion business publication CAF Magazine and writes for Suitcase, FAULT, The Holborn and more. She is dedicated to uncovering insightful and fascinating stories in a visually-driven industry and has a particular interest in fashion history and the business of fashion. A curious culture vulture, her portfolio also covers articles on beauty, travel, art, music, TV and film. Olivia has had the pleasure of interviewing celebrities including Billie Piper, Kate Nash, Matt Willis, The Noisettes, Laura Mvula, Zara Martin and Tamsin Egerton. Olivia’s copywriting portfolio covers website texts, press releases, lookbooks, SEO keyword texts, window display slogans and product descriptions for clients such as Kipling, Swatch, Next, Wrangler and Meng. Her skill for adapting to distinct brand voices extends to content marketing with blog posts created for the likes of Fiorelli, Orlebar Brown and Clerkenwell Vintage Fashion Fair which engage customers and create brand loyalty. Having had her first taste of journalism at the age of 12, Olivia is fulfilling what she has always wanted to do with the same passion she has always had for it. Olivia is currently available for freelance commissions.
