- Poolside StudioPoolside Studio is a cosy project studio for writing, pimping, producing, recording and mixing your tracks Poolside studio asked me to design a font to help define the brand and flow of the music studio. Swimsuit Regular had to be a really urgent, modern, quirky font that still could have a professional feel to attract the right type of clients.
- Evil DeadEvil Dead: Truth Meet Fiction The book was made as a part of my bachelor's assignment. The book tells the reader about the cult trilogy 'Evil Dead', what is true and what is complete bogus. As the book progresses, it starts to get into the mystical side of things. I also composed a score for the book that was playing during my evaluation.
- Write-DownsWrite-Downs is a fictional series of newsletters. Designed at school as an assignment, we had to design a newsletter that was purely typographical and extend the 4 given texts with 1 you thought would fit the series. I wanted the texts to mostly speak for themselves so I approached all of them separately as something emotional. An interview, an essay, a textbook informational text and a poetic text. I thought a snippet from a Bukowski book called: "Pulp" would fit the series as an emotional text
- Studio AH—HAStudio AH—HA is the studio's personal font. During my internship at Studio AH—HA they asked me to design a font for the studio. They already used a sans-serif, rounded font and wanted something similar but sweet, strong and with more girl power. Something that represented the studio but could be versatile enough to use for a design studio like theirs.
- SplinterSplinter is a font collaboration with Maho Kameda & Nick Massarelli. The last assignment at Typography Summer School (2018, London) was to make a font in a team. We started from a couple of "lost type letters" (i.e. the only letters left of that font) and quickly decided that we wanted to use as few of the triangles, that made up the letters, as possible. We wanted to experiment and see how far we could go before it got unreadable. The end result is SPLINTER.
