    Samsung - Level HeadphonesChallenge - Samsung Level Headphones were introduced to a cluttered and saturated market. Our challenge was to introduce differential product features to a global, millennial audience with relevance.  Idea- We created long and short product feature demos. Above showing in real life and below using the skills of unusual, creative experts. For swipe control we used urban dancers, voice control street poets and for noise cancelation we used ice sculptors. Content rolled out on both owned and seeded social media; Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Vine.

Provision of central support for regional Marketing Managers and local PR agencies, including during Covid-19. • Accountable for all brand content at Brompton.com including updates to products, brand purpose, long form content and SEO. • Oversee the execution of the global content plan for all major social media platforms including support for additional platforms in China. • Guide the CRM team to ensure consistent and on-brand global content. • Deliver project management leadership for adoption of new project management tools and processes across the marketing team. • Project leadership and management of new product launch PR activities and localisation. • Directly manage the team covering global and local market websites and global social media. • Management of global reporting of PR, web traffic and social for presentation to the board. Key Achievements: • Implemented a content update program following the re-platforming of Brompton.com, establishing a solid foundation for developing specific content for local market sites. • Developed Brompton’s first fully global social media content plan, which was successfully executed across all regional and local markets to provide global brand consistency. • Project managed new product launches on time and to budget, including high profile collaborations with Team GB, Liberty, Oliver Spencer and CHPT3. • Secured CEO high profile interviews with Sky News and The Financial Times and a 6 page spread in Cyclist magazine. • Led PR, social and web activity for the launch of Brompton’s Wheels for Heroes crowdfunding initiative to provide bikes to NHS staff. • Successfully lobbied the Secretary of State for Transport in supporting temporary cycling infrastructure during the pandemic.
