Strategy Director and speaker (independent)London, United Kingdom
About me
I am an independent strategy consultant and speaker. I'm focused on tackling the climate and ecological emergency, with a particular interest in the role business and culture can play in transforming our prospects. I specialise in brand, communications and narrative change. I work with a range of groups including the UNFCCC Climate Champions, and previously worked with leading consultancies Wolff Olins and Bow & Arrow. I also lecture on brand and storytelling, advise various climate-action and activism efforts, and coach presentation skills. Once upon a time I trained as an actor.

  • Stories For Life
Stories For LifeThe converging crises we face are symptoms of a shared root cause: economic designs based on an outdated and harmful narrative – that we are separate from nature and separate from each other. If we are going to salvage what nature we have left and avoid further societal breakdown, we need to radically transform our economy, which means changing that narrative. This work explores how we as storytellers can do this, in the work we do everyday. See here: https://stories.life/ Get involved here:
  • #ItsOurTime
#ItsOurTimeA civic voter registration campaign, encouraging the 1/3 of 18-30 year olds who aren't registered to vote, to register with climate in mind. Working with a totally "open challenge", we have been sourcing content from all corners. See more at https://www.instagram.com/ourtimeuk/ The campaign is run by Ella Saltmarshe, Jo Roach, Dan Burgess, Nana Bempah, If Not Now Digital, Martha Henson, Julie's Bicycle, Beccy McCray, Break Communications and Paddy Loughman. It has been supported by designers/
