Pamm is on a mission to work with people who dare to change the world for the better, on their own terms. She aims to be part of as many projects that have long term benefits for the environment and societies at large. Bonus if it happens to be with mega cool people.
Her multidisciplinary skill set combines a highly research-driven approach that involves future forecasting and deep understanding of the subject matter and its peripheries. She is poised to solve challenges from art direction, music production to brand USP.
In 2016, she was listed as a 'Top 20 Disruptor' and 'One to Watch' by The Future Laboratory for her app, Watermelon Sugar. A tool that helps people understand their online consumption or a ‘Tamagotchi for Analytics’.
Her work has been published on D&AD, FRAME, Huffington Post, Dezeen, LSN Global and more. She has spoken at UsTwo, Rainmaking Loft, Sydney Design Festival and Milan Design Week, to name a few. She is on the Board of Trustee for the prison reform charity BakeRight and has previously mentored students at London College of Fashion and Sarah Bonell as part of a V&A programme. She also founded and fundraised for The Experimental House, a social platform connecting female innovators with industry leaders.
Today, Pamm spends her time leading Creative Strategy at DesignStudio. She has worked across an incredible range of clients and sectors, from WordPress to World Athletics, Eurostar to Onefootball, Martell to Foodpanda, Depop to Jaguar Land Rover, Staples to AO and so on.
Her extensive knowledge of new technologies and cross-cultural studies allow her to come up with resilient stories that have the longevity and power to impact businesses big and small. With a background in graphic design, interactive media and creative technology, Pamm comes at every challenge with an unconventional hybrid mind.
She is Singaporean at heart, loves noodles and raw wine, and is currently based in East London.
