    Managing creative and technical teams to come up with and execute cutting edge multi platform word of mouth and social media campaigns for Nokia, Skype, P&G & Mars. Making sure everything we do is conversational, disruptive and generally awesome. Responsible for building the production dept from scratch and then heading up all digital builds, video, event and asset creation for the agency. In total in my time at 1000heads I oversaw a budget of over £3m for asset creation.
