I am a senior manager, specialising in marketing and communications. I'm interested in disrupting traditional approaches to marketing, but don't like it when people just apply a new description to a method and then claim it is something new. I am experienced in managing teams and mentoring team members. I have a consultative approach to this and always listen to ideas (as long as they are presented in a thoughtful way). I am keen to get involved in something in which I will be able to see the effect of my input.
