About me
I’m an experienced creative director and have led brand identity and communications projects for a variety of public and private sector organisations including: Arts Council England, BBC, D&AD, Design Council, Jellyfish Pictures, Logicor, Nesta, University of Sussex and Virgin Media. Recently I have led branding projects for the Ashmolean Museum, Tullie Museum and refugee charity Amna. I have many years of experience in project planning and leadership, scheduling, budgeting, writing creative briefs, creating brand strategies, naming, developing creative concepts and creative direction through out the design process. I have produced projects for both digital and print applications, as well as packaging, signage and environments. My career began as a junior designer at Lippa Pearce (now part of Pentagram). After three years designing brands and packaging, I went freelance and worked for various top London design consultancies, even including a six month stint in a large West End ad agency. In 2004 I became a partner and creative director at award winning design consultancy Blast. Over the years at Blast I have enjoyed working with some incredible designers and clients. However, I recently decided I wanted a change and am now looking for new opportunities and challenges. My aim is to work with organisations that inspire me, doing great creative work that has a positive impact. My work has been featured in the D&AD Awards, DBA Design Effectiveness Awards, Design Week Awards and Graphis.

Having carried out a brand audit, we worked with the Ashmolean to create a new aligned brand strategy and identity. Our resulting creative solution is designed to help guide audiences through the museum
