I am the creative producer, content coordinator and evaluator with a 10-year experience roundabout design, photography, and art. Currently based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. I’ve worked in an international interior magazine producing photo shoots, in the largest illustration agency in Russia briefing and coordinating projects, working closely with best illustrators from around the globe and clients from advertising, world-wide brands and publishing houses. I had the honor to join a talented team of the design startup Readymag at the start of its development as one of the most aesthetically and technically brilliant online design tools there are. Afterward, I was invited to join an experimental educational project of the most innovative institution for design and architecture in Russia — Strelka Institute as a producer of two one-year educational programs: Hybrid Urbanism and The New Normal. This position and experience helped me to jump-start my production, organizational and communication skills to the level after the next level. My latest place of work was an online school for design Bang Bang Education. There, as a content director, I've been developing creative, content and social media strategy, brand voice and image guidelines. Created photography for marketing purposes, coordinated and mentored social media and editorial teams, produced an anthology film on the state of design in Russia and had an opportunity to work with almost all Russian design and art community members.
I have a tried and tested skill for ideation and coming up with creative resolutions to tasks or problems. I am meticulous about details. I might work slower, but I prefer to finish a project at its best possible execution, true to my conscious and сreative vision. I am thorough at location and talent scouting. I was told that I have a great taste and an eye for the beautiful, and I didn't deny that. I am fluent in graceful communication with clients, creatives and suppliers in every shade of emotion of the above-mentioned. I am chill and empathetic, an advocate for a respectful and friendly work environment as this is essential for the evolvement of individual team members and the company itself.
My heart belongs to photography, this is a twelve years relationship. I have started in the before the iPhone and Instagram era, finding hidden gems and moments even in the industrial city in the Urals region of Russia. I’ve never had a fancy camera and my best photos were taken with the cracked iPhone 5 and they looked good as I had to scramble around with editing tools and light and storytelling to execute the idea and quality that was in my head. My current gear is iPhone 7Plus, Olympus XA film camera, and Nikon FE. Other loves of my life are traveling, design and art.
