About me

Hi, I'm Rick Lundeen, a storyboard artist, working in advertising, film and comics. Over the past 30 years, I've worked with hundreds of agencies and thousands of clients and brands. These days, although I do plenty of color work, I find there's a growing interest in black and white shooting boards and rough sketches with tone, as it keeps things loose and lets the client keep as open mind for the next step. I've been working remotely for the last 20 odd years, well before the pandemic, so I've been working the same regardless and I've also never missed a deadline. • Dr. Stick's Cosplay ConventionRecently, I've been doing quite a few stick figure scenes, taking commissions, and doing many designs that are up for sale on TeePublic.   The Ambassador ProjectRecently hooked up with a team that's raising funding for a new project https://www.stage32.com/jobs/1055932/Channel-15-Radio-Production-Team and in order to help them draw investors, I did a few sketches to help visualize the atmosphere of their story.
• The Swede Book three extended fight sceneOkay, the following was a scene I wanted to work out for a while. Three freelance assassins, summoned for a job briefing. Big pay day, so they agree to meet and listen to the pitch. What they don't realize is that the person who's summoned them wants them to kill each other off. The meeting takes place in a big plane that turns out to be a trap. A plane that will execute parabolic arcs back and forth like the zero gravity training for NASA.
