- Learning Technology Support across the department (troubleshoot I.T. problems, first aid with AV and technology, research and suggest educational technology)
- Procurement ( research and secure value for money resources, furniture, equipment and services for the Language Centre)
- working closely with the finance department, using procurement and credit card software (ABW) (Lloyds credit card management) dealing with budget and product codes, split costs, etc
- Design print and digital content for marketing (promotional content for students) and internal communication (signage and staff information)
- Organise, film, edit and post-produce videos for internal (Marketing standardisation) and external use (marketing)
- Design, schedule and produce the department internal newsletter
- Facilitate and organise the move to other of campuses for the summer Presessional Courses. Make sure resources, printers and computers are all set for classes to be delivered smoothly.
