I'm a freelance illustrator / creative art director based in London, but I come from Italy. I've graduated at IED with an illustration/graphic design BA in 2008, soon after I've worked 2 years as a graphic designer for one of the main Italian television broadcasting company (RAI 1 and RAI Storia). From 2012 to 2016 I worked as a full-time editorial designer in one of the major Italian newspaper (Il Secolo XIX), working on pages layout, infographic and web content. I worked under the direct lead of the AD Massimo Gentile (who previously worked at the famous "Fohla de Sao Paulo"). I art directed myself a lot of side-publication and advertising insert published alongside our newspaper. On the other hand, I've always kept pace on my freelance projects, I've collaborated with magazines, indie food brands, clubs and music labels. Illustration probably will always influence my working approach, I love to take the pencil in my hand and sketch down the first ideas of a brief, it's kind of an analogic way but it helps me have a fast visualization of what I have in my mind.Locked Pro Plan feature

Il Secolo XIX and La Stampa represent the biggest editorial core in nothern Italy. Although their 'regional' nature both newspapers spread all over the country. I've started working with Il Secolo XIX picked in a public call by the past art director (Massimo Gentile, which sadly passed away this year). I've been working 3 years as his personal assistant producing infographic content and artworks for our printed pages. Since summer 2014 our newspaper joined La Stampa as an unique group, therefore some of my works were published on both papers.
