I'm a natural communicator, which is why I love helping brands, and the people that are a part of them, tell their stories. In my current role, I've been helping three existing brands - all leaders in their respective fields - develop a new, unified presence after high-profile mergers. Working in communications means I look beyond the obvious, and I'll interrogate a brief to get to what the client really wants. My time spent in recruitment means I look beneath the surface of people too. I'm not afraid to ask uncomfortable questions, and to push back where I sense the story's incomplete. I'm proficient in several languages, which makes me great at reading foreign menus. It also means I appreciate the subtleties that make the difference between good comms and great comms. I place huge value on working collaboratively, no woman is an island and all that, and I'm detail-driven and meticulous in the way I work. Away from the office, I love languages, food, fashion and yoga.
I’ve created a social media strategy and content production function from scratch, designed to improve the employer brand of Revolut. I launched dedicated employer branding channels (Revolut Insider) across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and earned 5K followers with zero media spend in the first three months. I’m running paid social media campaigns. I’ve set up data tracking for social media activities, proving ROI of all social activities in job applications right through the candidate funnel.
