Art Dubai is the leading international art fair for the MENASA region taking place in Dubai each March. The fair features a globally diverse lineup of over 90 galleries from more than 40 different countries, attracting over 30K visitors annually. Alongside the gallery halls, Art Dubai’s extensive programming includes commissioned artists’ and curators’ projects, residencies, education initiatives and the Global Art Forum. My role here was to lead editorially and from a marketing perspective on the social media channels.
Key Accomplishments
• Raised social media following by 60% over a 2.5-year period
• Made key changes to the artdubai.ae website resulting in 20% increase in traffic.
• Ran extensive digital advertising campaigns across social media in support of growth and business goals.
• Created and delivered editorial content in Art Dubai's 'Planetary Feed' during the 2020 global lockdowns.
• Launched and ran the fair’s first online conference in 2020 with an audience attendance of 25K+ and significant press coverage.
• Launched the online segment of ‘The Dubai Collection’ at the Etihad Museum in September 2021, including project management of a new website launch (https://dubaicollection.ae/en/) and its supporting social media channels.
