Responsible for managing a wide range of events and budgets, working closely with clients to realise their vision through ideation, planning and coordination resulting in growing sales, profits and recurring business. Scheduled and created social media content, implemented marketing strategies to raise leads and conversion rates alongside designing advertising literature and in-house paperwork to maintain a consistent brand identity and increase revenue. Designed and created a new website and social media direction which resulted in a 240% growth in leads after six months of publishing and continued to rise month after month.
