Overall head of Vonder UK and Europe Community, with responsibility for all activities within that Community. Champions the interests of the Community to the business and reporting to the CEO and Brand and Marketing Director, on Community values, Community business requests and agreed SLAs.
Liaising with the business on Community projects and acts as a ‘sounding board’ for future business decisions whilst overseeing the seeding of ideas and research for the business and collating feedback through the Community’s Community Managers.
At a strategic level, I act as the Community interface with Brand and Marketing team, managing a number of Community Managers this includes; mentoring, assessment and overseeing administration tasks. Ensuring on-going training and development for Community Managers and Community Coordinators alongside the recruitment of Community team.
