During my career, I have worked as a fashion & beauty editor (and digital strategist) at titles including Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Hello!, OK! and Grazia Magazine in the Middle East.
Now based in London, I specialize in creating commercially-led content with an editorial narrative. In my last role at Reiss, I created engaging content that married the marketing-driven needs of a business with an authentic tone of voice, communicating the DNA of the brand from an original and elevated viewpoint. I have extensive experience writing for websites, social media & other marketing channels and have worked closely with senior stakeholders to effectively execute a holistic brand vision.

- Italian Collection - Reiss Menswear ShootIn collaboration with in-house creative team and menswear director, produced a shoot in Florence at Pitti Uomo to showcase the new men's Italian Collection. Commissioned street style photographer Garcon Jon to capture the spirit of Florence, Pitti and our highest-priced tailoring offering.
- Flora - Lockdown Fashion ShootDuring quarantine I was challenged to concept and produce a lockdown shoot with available model & photographers isolating together. Based on the concept of enjoying time spent at home, relaxing and resting (in clothes that encouraged this behaviour), I commissioned Flora and her photographer partner Borja to capture a day in lockdown at their London apartment. After being promoted to Senior Content Manager in Jan 2019, I now have full ownership of all copy and content produced at Reiss. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, I work cross-functionally with the leads of the retail, brand and product departments to identify content opportunities that drive awareness, engagement and traffic.
Responsible for creating and managing the seasonal and yearly global content calendars across all territories, ensuring all messages are aligned with short-term and long-term departmental objectives across the business.
Responsible for writing, proofing and editing all copy including press releases, editorial/blog posts, social media copy, advertising/marketing communications, product tags, VM/retail displays and more.
Responsible for the management, content strategy and growth of all social media channels (achieved 220% increase in Instagram followers in two years). Working closely with the internal creative team to produce optimised assets.
Created the first Reiss tone of voice guide, now used across the business globally.
Consult on the messaging/narrative and storytelling directive for all seasonal campaigns, working closely with the Creative Director and brand teams.

Working as part of a global team of 30 editors, my role at All Things Hair included researching, writing and uploading bespoke beauty content to be transcribed for eight international All Things Hair platforms.
Responsible for creating and educating wider team on best-practice SEO guidelines (implementing meta tags, ensuring image and keyword optimisation).
