- Cataloging and quality checking incoming physical and digital entries sent from international advertising agencies. Attention to detail was crucial. - Identifying and resolving problems with entries by contacting entrants via email and phone with a proactive and professional manner. - Working under pressure and being time-flexible to ensure all work is accurately prepared and displayed for judging. - Being the first line of help for jurors, assisting them during the online pre-judging and during the full length of judging on-site. - Working efficiently around punctual issues with media assets or any other occurances, coordinating with the Jury Manager and panel Foreman in order to ensure a smooth judging process as well as keeping morale and excitement high throughout. - Staying on-call and communicating via radio with different teams across the festival, making sure both the voting process moved on correctly, and my jury panels were provided with anything they needed.
Curate, set up and break down of the gallery space and exhibition, extensive knowledge of works and artists on show, invigilating space, procuring sales.
