Implementing and overseeing the booking system for in-house facilities, equipment, desk space and personnel. Ensuring H&S compliance, completing risk assessments, managing building Fire Safety risk assessments, Fire Marshalling and building evacuation procedures, and office First Aid. Premises Relocations: Organised moving company premises from Soho to Camden in July 2013, then from Camden to Angel in November 2014 without any disruption to operations. This involved extensive property searches, contractual and financial negotiations for both leasing and purchasing, legals, deeds and titles, costing and budgeting, building surveys, overseeing extensive property refurbishment, server/hosted phone system/data cabling/leased line installation and meticulous project planning with a very quick turnaround. Producer / Production Manager / Production Assistant for over 60 commercials, 12 short films & 2 features. Clients include: Guinness, B&Q, Sainsbury’s, Specsavers, Nokia, Mitsubishi, Knorr, Mattel, Morrisons and BBC Children in Need amongst many others.
