  • Immersive Light Installation
Immersive Light InstallationI became fascinated by the process of long exposure photography for how it could harness the movement of light. Created using the choreography of glow sticks, these works explore the temporality and ephemerality. It is our nature they want to hold onto our experiences and memories, photography allows us to attempt this. From being excited by the light in a long exposure photograph, I developed my ideas to discover new ways of representing it in the physical environment. Through continuous probl
  • Concept Drawing for D&AD Brief
Concept Drawing for D&AD BriefBlurring the Boundaries A prospective art installation designed to be displayed at D&AD New Blood Awards 2019. The Masters allowed me to build on my preexisting creative skills in a more commercial oriented way. Through visual exploration, contextual research and reflection, I developed my skills and understanding of both the theory and practice design. This was challenged via a range of tutorials, workshops, and guest lecturers, pushing my own ideation, as well as broadening my scope of the creative industry.

During the degree, my major project consisted of an immersive installation, composed of light projection and sculpture. My fascination was in how the audience engages with a work. Working independently, the course challenged me to develop a varied skill set to push the boundaries of my design; the included sculpture, photography, animation, projection mapping, exhibition design and a range of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition).
