    - Oversaw major change within department, spear-headed two parallel strategy projects in rebranding the department and creating new website (£100k) - Responsible for circulating briefs, appointing and managing external agencies for brand development, web and print design - Brand guardian for UCL Culture’s visual identity and central UCL’s branding - Development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies, identifying key audiences, shaping key messages, digital content and imagery. - Managed protocols to ensure a consistent, comprehensive and cohesive approach to communications and marketing, ensured strategy is understood and implemented. - Key contact in the Museum Mile collective of museums within Bloomsbury – drove animation project with students at London College of Communication. In process of commissioning to create a full animation. - Worked with three other representatives from the Museum Mile group to create the new 2017 website. - Launched the rebranding of UCL Culture with an event at UCL in November 2016 amplifying the collaborative work students with UCL Culture museums and collections - Responsible for intermittent events like the UCL Culture launch and annual events such as the Provost Awards - Responsible for annual marketing budget of £35k - Line manager to Marketing and Communications Officer
